Your documents are never used to train AI models

Your files are processed only to generate your review and are never used to train public AI models. When a review is delivered, its files are deleted automatically unless you turn that off; saved reviews stay under your control.

You control deletion

You can delete an individual uploaded file, delete a single review, delete all of your reviews, or delete your account entirely — each is a distinct, clearly-explained action, never bundled together. Deleting a source file does not delete the review built from it: your review already holds its own extracted findings and evidence, independent of the original file.

These deletion actions are live: each one runs when you ask for it, and deleting your account removes your uploaded files from storage as well as your account records.

Storage and access

Uploaded files are stored in a private object store, never a public bucket. Every file and every piece of review data is scoped to your own account at the database level, independently checked on every request rather than relying on a single access rule. REEVUU's own review-generation logic has no standing, casual staff access to your documents.

Evidence, confidence, and honesty about limitations

REEVUU checks every quotation against your own document and shows its verification status. It does not present a finding as verified unless its quotation was found in the source text. Where REEVUU is uncertain, that uncertainty is shown, not hidden behind confident-sounding language.

What a confidence label means: High, Medium, Low, or Insufficient evidence — REEVUU states how sure it is about each finding rather than guessing with confidence. A Low or Insufficient label is a genuine signal to double-check, not a flaw to hide.

What Reviewer Score means: A structured signal computed mechanically from the review's own contents — evidence strength and completeness. A quick way to gauge a review at a glance; never a guarantee of accuracy and never a replacement for your own judgement or professional advice.

How verification works: REEVUU re-checks every quotation against the text it extracted from your document using a mechanical comparison — not the AI grading its own work — and labels each one Verified, Could not be verified, or Not checkable, so you can see exactly which claims stand on checked ground.

REEVUU is an AI-powered review assistant. It is not a licensed legal, medical, or financial advisor. Reviews are AI-generated, evidence-based, and may be incomplete — always verify important decisions independently and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Where REEVUU stands today

Real AI review processing is switched on: a document you upload is read by REEVUU and the text extracted from it is analysed by Anthropic's API to produce your review, exactly as the subprocessor list and the Privacy Notice describe. What is not open is checkout: this site cannot start a new paid plan while it is closed, and this page will say so the moment that changes.

Security

Connections to REEVUU are encrypted in transit (TLS), and REEVUU runs on infrastructure providers that encrypt stored data at rest by default: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payment processing, PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest available level in the payments industry) each carry their own independent security and compliance programmes, verified against their own current public documentation. Access to your data requires your own authenticated session, independently re-checked on every request rather than trusted from a single sign-in.
