Supply of Services Agreement
12.1 Initial Term. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues for twelve (12) months.
12.2 Fees for the Initial Term are fixed and are set out in Schedule 2.
12.3 Renewal. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
12.4 On renewal, fees may be adjusted in line with the published rate card then in force.
12.5 Termination for convenience is not available to the Customer during any term.
12.6 Notices under this clause must be given to the addresses in Schedule 1.
