Business customers only
REEVUU is currently offered to businesses, for business purposes. By creating an account or subscribing you confirm that: you are at least 18 years old; you are able to form a legally binding contract; you are acting in the course of a business (including as a sole trader, partnership, or company), not as a consumer; and you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of, and to bind, that business. These terms are written on that basis; consumer-specific rights regimes are not addressed because REEVUU does not currently offer consumer contracts.
The service
REEVUU lets you upload a document and receive an AI-generated review — a structured breakdown with evidence quotations, a confidence and verification status per finding, and a Reviewer Score breakdown. You can ask follow-up questions about a completed review, save reviews, organise them into collections, and export a review's content.
Current status:real AI-generated review output is enabled. The text extracted from your document is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your review — see the subprocessor list. Checkout is not open yet, so no payment is taken.
Your account
You need an account with a verified email address to use REEVUU. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one named user — sharing an account or reselling access is not permitted (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
Your documents and your authority to upload them
You must have the legal right to upload every document you submit for review — either because it is yours, or because you have the permission or authority of whoever does own it. You remain responsible for the documents you upload and for any confidentiality obligations you owe others in relation to them. REEVUU processes uploaded documents solely to provide the review service to you, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Supported files and limits
Supported file types: .pdf, .docx, .txt, .md, .markdown, .xlsx, .csv, .tsv, .pptx, .html, .htm, .json, .xml, .yaml, .yml. File size limits depend on the file type and never exceed 20 MB; a file over its type’s size limit is refused when you upload it, and the message tells you that limit. Size is not the only limit: one review can analyse roughly 350,000 characters of ordinary text across its documents, and less where the text is in many short pieces, such as spreadsheet rows, list items or data records; a document longer than the analysis limit is not reviewed; a presentation is read to at most 300 slides, and one with speaker notes on every slide is refused beyond about 240 slides; and a workbook is read to at most 50 worksheets and 200,000 cells.Uploads are validated server-side; files that fail validation are rejected. Each completed review uses one review from your allowance — your plan’s monthly allowance, or a one-off review you have purchased.
Paid options, prices and allowances
REEVUU offers five paid options, each paid in advance through Stripe. Current prices:
- One-off Review: £6.99 — one review, no subscription.
- Starter (monthly): £9.99 per month — 3 reviews each month.
- Pro (monthly): £19.99 per month — 15 reviews each month.
- Starter (annual): £99.99 per year — 3 reviews each month, billed annually.
- Pro (annual): £199.99 per year — 15 reviews each month, billed annually.
One-off review. A single payment for one complete review, usable within 12 months of purchase. It does not create a subscription and nothing renews. A one-off review is not a subscription: no plan is activated, nothing renews, and no further payment is taken.
Subscriptions.Starter and Pro are subscriptions. Each includes a monthly review allowance, whether you pay monthly or annually. An annual subscription is the monthly plan paid once a year: it does not grant the year’s reviews up front and it does not create a single allowance for the year.
Allowance rules. Unused reviews don't roll over. Allowances reset monthly. Annual plans are billed once a year but your reviews still reset each month — you don't get the whole year's reviews up front. A technical failure on our side never uses up a review. Technical processing failures do not consume an allowance: a review that fails to produce a usable result returns its reserved allowance to your balance, and a retry never double-charges your allowance. There is no free trial and there are no complimentary reviews. See the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy for the full commercial terms.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled: a monthly subscription renews at the end of each monthly billing period, and an annual subscription renews at the end of each yearly billing period. A one-off review never renews. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further renewal is charged. Any unused review allowance lapses at the end of the paid period, and unused reviews are not refunded except as set out in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which contains the full details including refund rules.
Service availability
REEVUU aims to be reliably available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and no service-level agreement is currently offered. Planned or emergency maintenance, provider outages, or safety controls (for example, pausing AI processing) can make parts of the service temporarily unavailable.
Evidence, confidence and the Reviewer Score
REEVUU links important findings back to the source material they came from and labels how confident the analysis is. The Reviewer Score is a breakdown of evidence strength and completeness; there is no single overall number, and no risk rating for your document. None of these are guarantees: the Reviewer Score is not an accuracy percentage, a confidence label is not a promise a finding is correct, and a review may miss things that matter to you.
AI limitations and your verification responsibility
REEVUU provides document-review assistance. Findings may be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify important findings against the source document — REEVUU gives you the tools to do exactly that — and you must not rely on REEVUU as the sole basis for any significant decision. REEVUU does not provide, and does not replace, legal, financial, insurance, medical, tax, or any other regulated professional advice, and it does not make the final decision for you.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights in the documents you upload. REEVUU keeps all rights in the service, its software, branding, and the structure and presentation of reviews. You may use the review output REEVUU generates for you for your own business purposes; you may not resell the service itself or use it to build a competing document-review service.
Confidentiality
REEVUU treats your uploaded documents and review content as confidential: they are stored in private storage, are accessible only to your authenticated account, and are not used to train AI models or shared with other customers. The Privacy Notice describes the narrow set of infrastructure providers that process data on REEVUU's behalf.
Acceptable use
Use of REEVUU is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: only upload what you have the right to upload, don't attempt to break, overload or bypass the service's limits or security, and don't use REEVUU for unlawful purposes or prohibited professional reliance.
Suspension and termination
REEVUU may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fails payment, or creates a genuine security, legal, or abuse risk — with notice where reasonably practicable. You can close your account at any time using the account-deletion controls; the Privacy Notice explains what is deleted and what may be retained.
Liability limitations
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that: Harry Winter trading as REEVUU is not liable for business losses arising from reliance on review output without independent verification, for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data; and total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid for that period. These limitations reflect that REEVUU is an assistance tool whose output you are required to verify.
Complaints
Complaints, billing questions, refund requests and privacy requests all reach a person at hello@reevuu.co.uk. Say what happened and what outcome you are looking for; complaints are handled directly by the operator. No response-time guarantee is currently offered.
Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned (this is version 1.3). Material changes will be published on this page with a new version and effective date, and continued use or a new acceptance at checkout applies the new version. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
