Who operates REEVUU

REEVUU is operated by Harry Winter trading as REEVUU, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. REEVUU is a trading name, not a limited company.

Providers that process customer data

These are the only external providers REEVUU's architecture actually uses. No email-marketing, analytics, or monitoring provider is currently connected.

Supabase

Purpose: Database, authentication (including verification emails) and private file storage.

Location / transfers: United Kingdom (London region, hosted on AWS eu-west-2). Supabase Inc. is a US company; the customer-data workload runs in the UK region.

Vercel

Purpose: Application hosting and content delivery for reevuu.co.uk.

Location / transfers: Vercel Inc. (US) with a global edge network; server functions run in its cloud infrastructure. Transfers outside the UK rely on Vercel's standard contractual safeguards.

Stripe

Purpose: Payment processing, subscription billing and invoices. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch REEVUU's systems.

Location / transfers: Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe Inc. (US). Transfers rely on Stripe's standard contractual safeguards.

Resend — ACTIVE

Purpose: Transactional email delivery: review-ready notifications (which never contain your document, findings or focus), and account emails where custom SMTP is configured. Sent from mail.reevuu.co.uk with replies going to hello@reevuu.co.uk.

Location / transfers: Resend, Inc. (US; sending region Ireland, eu-west-1). Email metadata and logs are stored in the United States.

Anthropic — ACTIVE

Purpose: AI analysis of the text extracted from your document, to produce your review. Extracted text and your focus (if you gave one) are sent to Anthropic's API for that purpose only. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models; Anthropic may retain API data for a limited period for trust-and-safety purposes.

Location / transfers: Anthropic PBC (US). Active since 2 September 2026, when real AI processing was switched on in Production.
